The entire team is consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do—which creates such a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for customers. I also really appreciate that there’s always someone available to help load heavy or bulky items into my car. I never have to ask or go looking for assistance, which sets this store apart from some of the larger hardware chains nearby. And of course, the free popcorn is always a fun and thoughtful touch—thank you!
During my visit yesterday, I had the opportunity to go through the B2B application process, and I truly appreciated the support I received from Ms. Donna. She was clear, patient, and thorough in walking me through each step. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Jennifer, who, along with Ms. Donna, made me feel completely at ease. I was initially nervous about inquiring whether ACE offered a program like this for my small laser engraving business, but they both took the time to answer all of my questions with professionalism and genuine care.
Before starting the B2B process, I stopped by the garden section and was warmly greeted by a very helpful associate. She’s always so friendly and knowledgeable about plant care, and I really value her advice—though I didn’t catch her name this time.”

“Daniel manager of this store literally saved a life today. There was an elderly man who was stuck in their parking lot after losing his keys. The manager stopped everything he was doing to help. He wouldn’t accept any pay either. Every other store front left that man out there in the sweltering heat. We found out that man had his grandchildren there as well. They were going from store to store asking for help. I was trying my best to do what I could but felt helpless. After telling harbor freight that we needed help, they were the ones that stopped everything to make sure a customer from another store was safe.”
“Welcome hobbyists! This is the store you wanna lose some time in that is for sure. My husband and I walked up and down almost every isle fantasizing about the farm we never even thought about having until arriving! LOL. Such a fun place to explore new interests hobbies and with an extremely friendly staff it is the place to be on a hot summer day with nothing to do!”

“Went in for a vanity today, in the back there was a gentleman at the register thing they have there, he told me he'd find someone to help me, I had to go find my own help, stopped another worker (Mike) and asked where I could get one of the wheel cart to fit a sink , he went above and beyond helped me find the cart, loaded the sink on it took it out to the truck and loaded it to, Thank you! I hope he gets recognition for being a great employee for this company,”
