It offers a quiet, safe, and relaxed environment with a feeling of seclusion. The grounds are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The community features nice amenities including a very nice pool, a small gym that is never crowded, a nice walking path, and a decent dog park with a dog wash area. The office staff and maintenance team are extremely nice, friendly, polite, helpful, sweet, accommodating, and available. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and in a timely manner. It is a great place to live for busy professionals, small families, or anyone seeking the comfort of a private home within a friendly, convenient neighborhood.

The office staff were amazing. Extremely helpful & patient. The property manager did an amazing job on my tour & was so knowledgeable!

Disclaimer- I am not a resident, but have been a frequent visitor to the property in 2026. Their local property managers Mallorie and Heather have always been warm, courteous and professional. The property is always well maintained. Worth a look if you are planning to rent in the Statesboro area.

Such a great community to live in! The front office staff Mallorie and Heather are amazing, accommodating, and always willing to take time out of their days for anyone who needs it. Maintenance staff Isaac and Antoine are great as well and are incredibly responsive when answering work orders.
