“These guys are great! I have gone in twice recently. The first trip was for a sprinkler head. They not only had exactly what I needed; they also instructed me on how to install and adjust it. The price was extremely fair too. The second trip was for a part for my kitchen sink. They did not have the part in stock, because it was a fairly uncommon part. TheY offered to order it, but they also called a local competitor firm and found it for me in-stock. I did not ask them to do that--they just offered without being asked. When I ever need anything plumbing-related--they are the people I will always go to first. Thanks guys for the GREAT SERVICE!”

“Strange store design but with wide variety of parts and knowledgeable associates. Not very much room at all in lobby and can only help one customer at a time due to staffing and store design. Limited parking and poor location. Not your average in and out shopping experience. It is fine if you are the only customer there but I suggest waiting outside if there is a customer ahead of you unless you don’t mind rubbing elbows with strangers.”
