“We had Internet service with another provider that had a dish in the yard. We couldn't use but 1 TV or device in our mobile home without causing buffering on every device! We changed to Bulloch telephone and within 2 days a technician ( Neal) came out with a fiber optic router and had us up and downloading content in about 45 minutes. The difference is unbelievable compared to the craptasic signal we got from our other provider at the same cost. Neal, the technician who did the install was extremely polite, informed and explained and helped us set up our name and password so we understood exactly how everything worked, and how to trouble shoot anything that might cause any disruptions in the future. I wish I would have gotten Neals last name, but his supervisor should know who he is by our work order. I can't say enough about his professionalism and communication skills in helping us two old technologically challenged individuals understand how the fiber optic router differed from the dish set up we struggled with for so long. Thank you Neal, your friendly disposition and professional service made our day.”

“Broke my screen on my iPhone Christmas night. New phone came in on Saturday. I went to the Verizon store at buck head on Sunday afternoon. The young lady that I talked with in there obviously had more important things to do on her phone than helping me and was more worried about her lunch than assisting me. I then went to the store on east Kennedy street. The two young ladies, Shay & Teriva were great. They were very helpful and got my phone transferred over to the new one. Great customer service and very friendly. Again, thank you Shay & Teriva! Happy New Year!”
