“The guy the helped me here was wonderful. My phone had shut off (black apple screen) when I did an update and would not come on. I had then taken it to AT&T, TWICE, to see if they could fix it. They said I would have to file an insurance claim or get an upgrade (mind you my phone is less than 1 year old). I brought it in to cellaris and the guy had it back on and recovered in 20 minutes. He was so helpful and kind. Very appreciative of his help. Saved me $$$$$$”
