“I came into the store to get my charging port fixed and the salesman. Ferris looked at it and started cleaning it out. I have a broken screen that’s not a problem at the moment but I’m going to need it fixed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and honest with the selection that I would need. I typically take my phone to T-Mobile, but I was in the store shopping but because of the kind service I received from Farris anytime I need any of my electronics fixed. I’m definitely taking it there. And he didn’t even charge me for the cleaning of my phone. He just did out the kind of his heart.”
