“Broke my screen on my iPhone Christmas night. New phone came in on Saturday. I went to the Verizon store at buck head on Sunday afternoon. The young lady that I talked with in there obviously had more important things to do on her phone than helping me and was more worried about her lunch than assisting me. I then went to the store on east Kennedy street. The two young ladies, Shay & Teriva were great. They were very helpful and got my phone transferred over to the new one.
