“Went in to trade daughter’s phone today for newiPhone. We were greeted by Jazz who proceeded to efficiently go through our options, advise on purchase, and explain new billing/ costs. We were treated with professional courtesy and J made the transition easy. It took awhile to transfer ( a lot of photos) but she called me as soon as it was finished. The only reason not 5 stars is because Verizon in general has had service issues lately. Statesboro store is new, well stocked, with people who are willing to provide service.”
