If I could rate this store lower then one star I would! Went into store yesterday due my SIM card in my phone getting fried due to problem in 13 pro max phones. Service was bad from start! Person who was helping logged in to my account showed them my ID to assure them I was person on the account due to me not having my suffix at end of my name on my account they wouldn’t help me. The manager of that store is one of the worst people you could come in contact. I left there came back to the Springfield retail store and they helped me with no problem. I will never do business with that Verizon store ever again!!

I went looking for one thing and they kept pushing a cell phone line that I don’t need. and on top of that I had four guys pushing for it. Very unprofessional and they didn’t seem to care to help what I needed.
Don’t respond how sorry you are because you seem to respond with it. Do something about it. Your words are empty!!

The employees are very unprofessional. They were unwilling to assist us today (5-10-24) with our phone upgrade. They were talking loudly about when commissions would be coming in before refusing to help us figure out what the issue was with the upgrade. When we needed to call the other Verizon to assist (I returned the phone to the incorrect store, then had to pick it up and take it to this store where I did the original upgrade. They had already created a code on it when I went to pick it up which I didn’t know) they refused to even do that. They had absolutely no desire to be of any help whatsoever. Will be planning to use the other Verizon from here on.

Poor system of checking customers inPoor customer serviceCaucasian’s are greeted at the highest level to include patience, and African Americans are treated very rude! I stood watching how the store was operating… there for over 50 minutes. Was referred to Tim whom has been there for 20 yrs according to him. He really need to be retrained on how to talk to customers.. I ask him for the actual Verizon store/facility number and he told me to call the 800 number to obtain that! I proceeded to ask other associates the store number as well and non of them was aware! Awaiting a call from corporate due to this is unsatisfactory

Poor management. Poor customer service. Sad to see a business ran so inefficiently. It should not take 60 minutes to be seen. Please, for all the people with Verizon who live in the Beautiful city of Statesboro, do better. We deserve to have a somewhat functional place to buy a phone. This store makes me want to change my phone service . There’s an air of arrogance, and “I’ll get to you when I get to you” type atmosphere. Also, this is consistent, not an off day. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been in this store, this has been my experience. It gives Verizon a bad name. What a shame…
