“I dropped my car off Monday, dropped a deposit off Wednesday and car was ready by Thursday. My transmission in my 2019 Dodge Charger with about 90,000 was slipping in reverse. Mr.Narval and his team were one of the only few open on Saturday and that’s how i discovered them. They installed a used transmission for me. Work came with 6 month warranty and everything is running great so far !”

Since 2016, I’ve come to Fletcher’s for routine maintenance (oil changes) and major work (new engine, vent valve replacement, purge valve replacement). Despite the hour drive from NW Atlanta, I don’t trust anyone else with my car. I’ve learned a lot about maintaining my car from Tichina, because she’s very knowledgeable.

This most recent service required repairing several dents in the hood of my car caused by a malfunction of an overhead traffic light that fell on the hood of my car.
Not only did Jay give me a good price but the outcome.....his work is impeccable.....my entire hood looked like it did when the car was first purchased. I was extremely satisfied. I had to leave it overnight & it was ready when promised.

“I would firstly like to say, if you’re looking for a mobile mechanic LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Hotep not only set my appointment in a timely manner his customer service is A1. I needed my belt replaced and idler pulley. Not only did he come to my home. He fixed it quick! As he was fixing it a piece broke off my front grill. I had to leave my car there for a few days while they waited for a part to come in, but they stayed in communication with me to let me know what was going on. “Although there were several others having tires replaced when I arrived, they had enough service staff to have my tire replaced, and me back on the road in about 30 minutes. I called ahead to make sure they had the correct size tire, because my car has a slightly odd size, which has been a problem in the past, but they had one, and the price was right. Great job, and I would definitely recommend them.”
