Lost all cards, called on the 4th the first time then three other times. So I went in person we can order you a card overnight but you have to wait to speak to a banker.. Time to move on, 32 years I've been with BOA

Horrible customer service. Leave you standing in line for over 45mins with no explanation. NEVER enough tellers.

Walked in to have some checks verified and the one lady working the line told me there were too many people behind me and it would take too long. Really poor customer service and I will be switching banks.
