“I have had a love/hate with this bank over the years. Most of the time I love them but they closed the branch closest to me due to road construction and have made no effort to reopen a branch in McDonough. I need a new debit card to replace my damaged one. Other than physically going to the branch in Stockbridge, there is no way to get one. You have to call but the head office says it takes 10 business days so if you want something different go to the local branch. Tried to call the local branch but the mailbox is full and no one answers the phone. Pretty bad look.
Update: I just had Stacy call me from the local branch. Very sweet lady and she explained what happened with the mailbox and she worked my issue out for me. As I said before, most of the time I love this bank and Stacy came through for them. Thank you so much.”
“Every time I come to this branch everyone is helpful and polite. I've used the drive thru, the inside tellers, their notary services, all great. I had a scare a couple years ago when someone stole my identity and cleaned out my account and they made everything right. I've banked with them for years and intend to do so for many more. “OK today I went to the branch. I must say I had the most horrible experience. I’ve never been talked to so badly I mean this girl was attituded with her speech I mean neck rolling while talking and I was a very calm, but this young lady I don’t know where she came from but she was very rude and the assistant manager was just as bad, but the assistant manager will sit there and act like she’s trying to fix the problem, but really she’s part of the problem seriously very bad experience and I’ve been with Navy Federal for over three years. I’ve never had a problem everyone always been delightful, but I normally go to the Fayettville Georgia location or the Camp Creek location, This Stockbridge location assistant manager and the young lady with the long hair light skin. I wish I would’ve got her name, but she was very rude. Both of them were not very good experience. I’m never going back there again I’m a nice person and expect to be treated and talked to with respect”

“I like Navy Federal credit Union professional phone people. I don't like when they get busy in an automated service sucks but talking to the real people they're really nice understanding and suggest some products if you're trying to improve your credit especially if you want a credit card that gives you rewards back I had a representative I had it represented to to suggest changing my car to another card that would give me rewards and so forth it is working I've had $20 to put towards my credit card for what I've been spending so give them a try.”

“Silent Quiet Customer Service Reps exiting the building at 5:40pm-Friday July 29, 2022. I normally have a great experience when I come here!.... But advocating for the elderly is my mission today! I was standing at the ATM machine minding my business depositing millions lol in my account. There was an elderly man grabbing on the handle of the door. I looked and the entire staff team was standing in the vestibule. I encouraged the man to ask one of the 7 staff persons looking right at him through the glass door! As the man WF staff opened the door one by one; lady, man and whomever walked passed the man with tight lips. I begin to sing no one's going to tell the man what time they close. Immediately, Nelson my usually professional respectful representative-yelled out " the time is on the door". I was appalled! Sir!! Yes it's Friday, yes your going home! But NO ONE out of about 7 people couldn't have kindly just say to the CUSTOMER-sorry Sir, we're closed and we close at 5pm???? No one! All you could do is sarcastically reply-the time is on the door! I shook my head and said!! Loud and proud-sorry sir they are closed and none of them had the decency to verbalize it! WElls! We got to do more training! I kindly asked the last pleasant gentleman the managers name and he said it! But this shock I only remembered -Hardy! Please let's be kind-even if we leaving work on a Friday-ready for the weekend!”

For 12 years now, always quick to fit any issues, I will say though my credit card with them I'm not too fond of, my interest rate is way to high my payments are less than the monthly interest installments. So @WELLS FARGO BANK fix that!”
