Came to get an update on my washer and dryer. It had been over a month. Mrs. Joyce, very kind and sweet. Politely and pleasantly greeted me. She look up my invoice number. Saw that my items were back in stock and proceeded to get them safely delivered to me. Appreciate her very much !
