When doing an online pickup the employees always come out with a smile on their face in a very timely manner. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Michaels stores as a whole because I wish they offered more coupons and wish they would extend the amount of time allowed to use your rewards points before they expire.”

“I stop by every few weeks when im heading up for a customer in the area. Super nice Owner (i think its owner). Lots of RC, train stuff and plastic models. Wish had a bit more 1:35 Armor, but i always find something i just cant live without while I'm up there. Full selection of Tamiya paints for you model guys, only Model shop i know of on the southside. If your a modeler, hes got tons of aircraft, cars/bikes, good selection of warships, armor and some sci-fi stuff too”
