“I returned my Eco 20 inch power chain saw in 2024. I am sure it works good, but as an older shopper, it was too much for me to get it to start each time I tried to use it.
Unfortunately I MISSED THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR POWER TOOLS, AND HAD TO WORK WITH ECHO repair department and if more problems, turn to my Allstate &75.00

When I returned it TJ, Richard and Dominick helped explain how the chain saw should be started step by step and when returning it, to make certain bring it to Home Depot 's Tool shops, and have the gas removed before trying to return it to the Customer Service Counter in the store after the 30 day return policy lapses.
I will make sure to read, and ask carefully the RULES for return of ALL products to Home Depot in the future. Keeping my receipts has been a blessing for me. It shows how I document EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND BUY FROM HOME DEPOT, to make sure I can get everything that is with in my right, if I ever have a problem!”

Recently, I purchased a dryer there and worked with an outstanding Appliance Specialist, Mr. Rupesh Soni, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. “My last visit here was so positive, and I think that's been the case with my most recent visits. Everyone seemed eager to help me, and Ms. Kelly was outstanding! She waiting on the phone with another store for 5 - 7 minutes just to verify whether they had a specific grass seed I was looking for before I wasted a trip to the other store. I didn't even ask her to call, she volunteered on her own. Other associates checked on my husband and I throughout this store visit, and helped us fine products. During our renovations I spend a fair amount of time in Home Depot stores, and I've been to the Jonesboro store several times. I think this store is really improving with its level of customer service.”
