I received great feedback on the packaging when everything arrived safe and in tact.When I had a small issue, Philip the store manager, took care of everything swiftly and professionally. Everyone is nice at this location and you’re greeted like family when you walk in. “This store beats customer service when compared to the one on Hwy 81. Never did they ever asked me to call the NY UPS store. They knew exactly what to do. Been going to this location since I moved here 3 yrs ago. The store on Hwy 81 was closer. I always say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it nor change it. Words I need to live by. My bad. Thanks Shaunniya for assisting me. Even though you’re fairly new. At least you knew more than the place on Hwy 81. Maybe they should train you to be the manager at Hwy 81.”
“I received exceptional customer service from Deondria. I encountered an issue where I had to return to the store because a return was not shown as scanned from the previous day. She took the time to look through all of the amazon return boxes to find the item! Always a great experience at this UPS location but this was truly a great example of excellent customer service. She was kind considered helpful and she was multitasking. She served me and the customer behind me at the same time. While I was unlocking my debit card, she waited on the lady behind me ??????
