“I want to take a moment to recognize April at Quest Diagnostics for providing such a wonderful experience during my visit today, October 21, 2026! From the moment I arrived, April made me feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Going in for lab work sometimes comes with concerns and a little anxiety, but her warm, funny personality, kindness, and reassuring demeanor made all the difference. Although the reason for my visit was important, April created such a positive and comforting atmosphere that, for a moment, I completely forgot why I was even there! It's not every day you encounter someone whose presence alone makes such a difference in your experience. April is a true example of how compassion and excellent patient care go hand in hand. Quest Diagnostics, you have a gem in April! I hope management takes a moment to recognize the April for the warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness she brings to her patients. Thank you, April, for making my visit such a pleasant and memorable experience! ❤”

“I had to take my two grandchildren for bloodwork at this location. They did great due the awesome Ms. Yolanda. She was witty and very personable with them which helped take away the stigma of them getting blood drawn. Thank you Ms. Yolanda!”
