The wait time was very long although I had an appointment.The phlebotomist Nardia was excellent. This is the first person who was able to withdraw my blood by sticking me only once.It was the best experience I have ever had with the procedure.

They are very busy. Mrs. Cheryl took care of me and she was fantastic. They were slammed on Friday and my heart goes out to her for being so patient and kind even though it looks like she was swamped. Just like any other work place they have a high demands and not enough staff due.
