I visited this facility on Saturday with appointment and waited for hour and half so with or without appointments is it really makes any difference??? Also when they served me it was done in so much rush I asked that you sure you only need one bottle blood I asked three times and lady said yes and they found when I keep telling them about it's not quite right so when the checked in computer they found all my reports ordered by my doctor so they have to draw my blood twice I really hate drawing blood process and now because of their negligence and rush I have to go through draw my blood twice and long waiting time with appointments is just very much inconvenient and frustrating.....now after all this inconvenience I am afraid that do they going to check blood to give results will it be in rush ??? Will the results going to be correct or any more negligence and rush going to be involved???

I don’t even know why this place is still open, and they need better reps. They messed up my test time and then was force to wait for their screw up, then employees move from in out the back room side door helping certain clients and then I walked out the door, I guess your not suppose to, and then they said they would nullify my test. Though I seen them let patience in out this specific door as well. Don’t come here

I had a good experience at Quest Diagnostics. The check-in process at the kiosk was super quick and easy, and my phlebotomist was so kind and she really made me feel comfortable. Everything was efficient, and I was in and out before I knew it. Highly recommend!

The women working here, particularly on Saturday Oct 4,2025 are extremely rude & racist. They treat you like you're not even there if you have light skin & treat others with kindness & patience. If you ask a question you'll get dirty looks. If you don't have an appointment they'll make you feel forced to leave & make an appointment for another day. I've never felt so mistreated at a healthcare facility in my life!

I had my appointment called in from my specialist but I never made an appointment just walked in. Signed in and they can text you to come inside when they will call you. Seamless and Ms. Kay is a real professional. Great service.

I’ve been here twice, and each time has been great. Super quick. I don’t usually enjoy giving blood because I don’t like the way it feels, but the staff has always made it super comfortable to the point I barely feel anything. My last visit was with Shalanda, very nice.

I believe the lady that helped me, her name was Cheryl. I apologize if that is the wrong name, but she was wondeful and quick. She made me feel very welcomed and informed. She was super nice to my daughter!
This was my first time going to this clinic, and as a walk in, check in was a breeze! I got an appointment immediately, and I was in and out within 10 mins. They took my insurance, Caresource. 10/10 will be back for any further lab work if needed!

My entire experience was positive. Signing up for my appointment was simple, signing in after I received my text was easy, and the tech that assisted me was excellent. I was also extremely impressed that because I had made an appointment, my waiting time was minimal.
