Where they truly earned their 5-star review, however, was during our recent service experience. We brought the vehicle in due to brake issues and worked with Dean and Ali, who were exceptional. Unlike other places we’ve dealt with in the past, they were very transparent, informative, and honest about what was going on. They clearly explained our options, helped us choose the best solution for the vehicle, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services.
Most importantly, they respected our time and got us in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s refreshing to work with a service team that values clear communication and customer trust. “I moved to the Atlanta area about 7 months ago. Have gotten all my oil changes here. I go out of my way to go here. Great staff. They work together to get things done. Nice guys. They pulled my filter out and showed me. They confirmed my oil was filled all the way. Good quick service. I always try to tip them. Remember it’s hot out. They work in that heat they don’t have a closed shop with lifts and all that. Appreciate you guys.”

“Awesome shop with honest people. Got my Jeep serviced here. The mechanic was straight forward and didn't pressure me on things I didn't ask for.
They presented very fair prices and did excellent work.
They are pretty quick to service your vehicle. I got a tune up, oil change, and brakes and rotars changed which only took less than a workday to get done.
I would recommend making an appointment, but I'm not sure how walk-ins are handled.
Overall, great experience and will be back.”

“No discriminatory pricing for ladies at Pro-Auto Repair. I visited Pep Boys first and they quoted me $14,000 for engine replacement, up-sells galore for services that I did not need. Howie quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle for only $150. Ultimately, the vehicle only needed some O2 sensors and premium oil. Good Man & Good Service!”

“I was charged $2000 for 1 timing chain on my 2012 Toyota Camry. That means I was charged $1600 to $1700 labor for that job! They do good work but they will take advantage of good customers by overcharging them.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“I just left and Bryan is definitely a man of his word. I called yesterday (11/13) becuase I needed 2 used tires. I advised my daughter has a medical condition and I didn't want to be away from home too long. He told me it would be best if I come the next morning (11/14). When I arrived Bryan had a bay waiting for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciate Bryan for listening to my tire needs and working with me to accommodate my situation.
