DTLR offers a great experience with an amazing and incredible selection of shoes and apparel. The customer service is really good, with helpful and knowledgeable staff showing manager quality. They stay dedicated until customers are satisfied, making processes like refunds seamless. However, some customers report not being acknowledged or offered assistance while browsing. Many plan to return due to the wonderful experience and fun shopping environment.
Great experience with great selections at this location. My fav store and can’t forget my guy Mario he show manager quality for me! He was there for my daughter from the beginning until she was satisfied and that was a task! But he stayed down until we came up!! Love him! I will be back to see him❤️
