“The staff at this location DID say hello to me as soon as I walked in and saved me from myself. Great customer service. The cashier asked if I wanted to try the sneakers I purchased for online pickup. I was going to decline because I measured my foot, so of course the sneakers would fit me. I am an adult I know my size this was not my first rodeo...
-No they did not fit me and I hated them on my feet. I did not know my size, and I hated myself for making such poor choices in life. How can I call myself an adult. I have never seen a cow let alone been to a rodeo.
I am glad she asked if I wanted to try the sneakers on. In the end all I had to do was enter the card I used to make the purchase into the card reader and get my money back. Easy and my other shoes will ship but- God help me. I measured my foot on thoes too.
Overall great service and clean location. There is no music and it feels weird because of the silence. They need to get a little speaker from 5blw next door.
