Let me tell you something when the owner and me embraced each other for my HAPPY HUG, I immediately felt positive energy moving. Because I am a certified life coach I study the chakras system and I know energy is never destroyed nor created…it just moves in and out of form. Etc. “I like Sprouts mainly for their bin products. I get to choose how much I want of anything. I mainly get a variety of nuts, oatmeal, etc.
Put each in a bag. Write the no form each bin on a white tag and twist it so it doesn't spill out. Make sure you have a pen with you. I didn't see one available to use”

The store was very well kept, clean and bright and all products were displayed beautifully. “For years this used to be another health store...Rainbow Natural Foods... they were okay and carried many products but underwhelming, uninspired and dated. Customer service was okay but a bit dry. I would just go to get my vitamins and herbal supplements. After many years, eventually they closed. Somehow I was still sorry to see them go as they had been there so long.A few years later, here is now Nuts and Berries instead. I liked shopping there. Fresh look, friendly helpful staff, varied products, decent prices, a freezer section, clean look, cool atmoshere, jazz playing in the background for a vibe.They also had a Souper Jenny so I got some lunch too. The food was fresh and tasted so good. I really did like the experience of Nuts and Berries. It's a sweet place to browse and pick up a few things.”

“I stopped by Cakes By Keon for some slices of cake, I highly recommend the strawberry crunch cake. An employee at the counter told me they owned the restaurant next door and the food was really good. I was hungry, so I went over. The menu was limited, so I decided on a whitening fish sandwich with fries. After about 10-15 minutes, my food was ready. I wasn't expecting a piece of fish and 2 slices of bread, but then again, it was only $10.99. The fries were overdone, and I barely ate them. I also purchased a lemonade to drink. I really wish it was fresh squeezed since it tasted like Kool-aid lemonade. Overall, I'm glad I supported two black businesses. Definitely stop by if in the area.”
