“This shop beat every quote after I shop around first. I really appreciate the whole staff that was on today very professional and made sure to put my windshield in perfectly like they said and it did not have to be recalibrated. I’ve waited so long to get windshield replaced due to everyone said it will have to be recalibrated and that’s very expensive. Thank God for everyone who work on my windshield today. Big shout out to Naheim, Edwin and can’t think of guy name who explain to me what not to do after installing before I can get it wash he’s in the pic on this site tho lol! You guys are awesome ?? I see so much clearer as those cracks was messing with my eye site!”

My windshield was pretty pricey, but thankfully I was able to use Afterpay so I didn’t have to come up with the money all at one time. I was able to pay in 4 installments. You can also pick another option to pay in 24 months. Will definitely do business here again.”

“I had a horrible 18hrs of people cancelling tows, delaying etas. I called and spoke with Martin who assigned me CJ. CJ has phenomenal customer service . He called immediately and said he would be here in 30s mins ! Had no issues getting the car out of a low clearance parking garage and parked the car where I wanted in my complex. “This company is, hands down, the BEST in Atlanta. I found this place after another local company did not come through with the promises of replacing my rear window after some clown broke into my car. I waited for a response from this guy, he only read my messages after promising he'd get the window my car needed.
Needless to say, I did a Google search in desperation for a replacement. I saw Auto Glass World, but they only had 3 reviews and they were all good. So, I took a chance and called. I was professionally greeted by a pleasant voice. The customer service representative, Tamara, is very knowledgeable on glass for cars. She has tons of experience, and was very efficient with scheduling.
The next day, the window technician, Nick, was on it! He found my car in a sea of cars where I work, texted me when he was there and completed the replacement in under an hour. He then let me know when he completed the work.
I am very pleased with the overall service and care this company gave! Hopefully, not ever again, but if I needed car window care, I will DEFINITELY be contacting this place! Thank you Auto Glass World!”
