“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”

“Jimmy is amazing! I ordered a radio for my car and the wiring wasn’t compatible. Jimmy managed to figure out a way to make it work, which I’m very thankful for because it’s been difficult trying to find a replacement that actually fits where the previous radio was. I showed up without even calling assuming he would tell me I needed to order something else and to come back another time, but he made it work and had it installed in less than an hour. The price was great and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and Jimmy!”

“I needed to have my QSC KS118 sub repaired under warranty and Wizard Electronics was one of three local QSC authorized repair options. I called all three, with the other two telling me honestly that it would be 7-10 days before a diagnosis could be made. Wizard told me they could do it that day. I crossed my fingers, braved Atlanta traffic, drove it over, and dropped it off. As I was unloading the beast, a worker noticed and had the door propped open for me as I approached. Now I waited. I got a call the next morning informing me that the issue/s had been diagnosed and that the parts had been ordered from QSC. I had been warned by all three repair shops that parts were potentially back ordered and that it likely would be a lengthy process. I decided to wait a week before checking back in to see the status. Before I could call back, I received another call telling me that my order was ready for pickup!!! I was super impressed to say the least. I’ve tested the sub since picking it up and it is once again awesome! I would highly recommend Wizard Electronics. An awesome experience all around!”

“My experience at this location was top-tier! My phone screen was cracked and I couldn't do anything, I couldn't clock in for work or unlock my debit cards! After a week of running around I found this location and they were able to fix my phone the same day and the only place that had the correct screen for my phone for the lowest price. Everywhere else they wanted $150 and it was going to take 3 to 4 business days for you break we fix it to order and receive the replacement screen. I am so thankful for their services I will be back when I need anymore electronic repairs!!! ???”

On this particular day, a gentleman named Isaac assisted me very well in replacing some very old fluorescent bulbs for my garage. I told him I wanted the brightest ones available and he did some research and came out with some that were even better than the ones he had first recommended. I appreciate Isaac taking his time and providing such excellent customer service. My garage has never been this bright. Thanks a million guys!!”
