“I've never experienced a store like this before for my pets. I did a doodle rescue with allergies and they were incredibly awesome in making a gift basket for rescues and adoptions only people. And it was specified for my dog with allergies. I've never seen so many different holistic health supplements and varieties of actual quality types and varieties (kibble, raw, loaf, frozen dept toppers, etc.) All kinds of food. The toys and leashes and other things are cool too. Very stylish. It's like a health food store for your pet where people actually are heart-centered and care. They helped me and my rescue when we needed help. I would give them 10 out of five stars. That's how much I like this place!”

“My cat is 13 year old and tends to have hyperthyroidism so i decided to change to a raw food diet for her. I was afraid of the fact that she may not like it as she has been eating can food for years. However she loves it initially change with 60/40 of raw food/can food diet! She eats more and bets for more food (now I had to give her a lunch meal) and I am happy with the presentation of Rebel Raw. From the details packaging (using dissolvable foam, well packed dry ice with big ice pack) to the lovely notes they had in the receipt, I am recommending the Rebel Raw to my friends who have cats too. I am a very busy person so I can’t prepare own raw food for my cat. I did lots of research of couple raw food companies in nationwide and I chose Rebel Raw for overall qualities (price, ingredients, shipping cost, minimum order) they tends to have less iodine and potassium for senior cats who require less that kind of ingredients. Also, I love the transparency of their ingredients. Some companies don’t have such detail ingredients listed which I considered them as wholesale quality product. I choose quality over quantity and Rebel Raw is really doing good. Keep up! -Yik

Thanks Katie for the great customer service.I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like I need to warn people. I recently took my dog here for a full grooming service. It took 9 HOURS for them to finish!!!! Her cut was terrible and she is missing one eyebrow. I asked for a schnauzer cut and they didn’t even do that. They didn’t even clip her nails like they said they would.I highly do not recommend coming here.”

“I can't say enough great things about Dog Days Midtown. My boy, Monty, has been going here since he was 4 or 5 months old. As a puppy, the staff made sure to keep an extra close eye on him and give him a lot of breaks throughout the day. Even now, I feel like the staff takes special care of each of the dogs there. They let me know how he did that day and which of his friends he played with the most; it is nice to know they treat all the dogs like they were their own.
Everyone I've interacted with has been super helpful. From Brice and Bria who I see more often to Rocky the groomer who I run into from time to time. Brice also takes wonderful photos of the dogs, and the team puts on fun events like a Halloween costume contest that is going on now. I definitely recommend Dog Days Midtown for both daycare and boarding!”

The customer service reps were so warm, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered all of my questions and helped me navigate purchasing everything I would need as a first time dog mom. “Hot Diggity is the BEST groomer in Atlanta. Our cockapoo had two terrible experiences with other groomers that left her trembling every time she walked in and out of a groomer. A few years ago, Hot Diggity’s owner, made a special exception for a new doggo client because she felt bad for our pup. And it took a few visits for our dog to stop trembling when we arrived, but now she’s tail-wagging and happy every time we pull into Hot Diggity’s parking lot! And she comes home looking beautiful with the exact preferences we asked for. We’ve been spoiled with how great the customer service has been and can’t imagine what we’d do without them!”

“This place is amazing! They really are the ideal neighborhood pet shop. Everyone one is so kind, caring, and solution oriented. Our rescue can get weird about treats and food and they’ve helped us get the varieties she will eat immediately and won’t squirrel away under the carpets or trade with the cat for his food. They have a rewards program where once you’ve bought enough you get one free. it brings the price to the same or cheeper than the big box publicly traded company’s. When we ran out of food for our cat while quarantining they delivered for us. Shop local and check out this fantastic spot!”
