“William is an excellent Pharmacist he handled my request for a transfer from CVS Wesley Chapel location EXPEDITIOUSLY . I was able to get my prescription filled with the correct amount of medication for the very first time in over a year. Thanks again William I really appreciate you.”

“The issue I have is whenever it’s time to refill my prescription it’s always a problem. They are all ways out of stock. They sent me a txt saying it out of stock will be in 2-3 days.. I decided to call to check do they have a 5 day supply because I’m going out of town. They young lady who answered the phone put me on hold to check to see if any were in stock. Her: its 20 in stock we can give you 3 days or the 20 in stock. But you would have to wait until next month to refill it again. Me: why??? So im gonna be out of 10 days of my medication? No i’m going to need the rest of the month as well and that’s crazy what you telling me. Her: Ma’am we don’t usually have this medication and you can have it transferred. Me: that’s not true.. I get my medicine from here all the time but I do know y’all use different supplier. She then placed me back on hold for a good little minute this time claiming to see if they will still be ordering this medication. When she did decided to pick back up. Her: You can come pick up a partial. Me: what’s a partial ma’am? Her: a 5 day supply.. Me: in my head saying that’s what I asked for the moment I spoke to you.. ??‍♀️ My point is why make things so difficult for the customer Walmart? You have 20 pills on hand.. all I asked for was 5 pills to get me through this trip. How you’re going to give the 20 pills and not what my doctor prescribed a 30 day supply? Walmart pharmacy/Pharmacist Please do better by keeping the medications in stock from whatever suppliers you need to order from. It’s beginning to become a nuisance. Please be considerate of customers needs for their medications. It’s nothing against anyone in the pharmacy personally. I appreciate you all greatly. We then wonder why this.. why that mental health is real out here and it’s important for people to take their medication.
