I get all of my vaccinations here and Hardik does an excellent job of administering them.

“THIS IS ABOUT THE PHARMACY. I found three reviews about the deli which were all one star. Regarding THE PHARMACY, I find the staff here helpful. I did have the problem my vaccine appointment was dumped because I didn't check in 10 minutes early. It took less than 5 minutes to fix and the staff were very apologetic and frustrated the system treats customers that way making us wait and the employees' jobs harder. As for prescriptions, I submit mine electronically... well my doctors do. I submit refills electronically and they are ready in a couple of hours. I then go to the store. The store is great to walk around if for some reason I need to wait another 5 or 10 minutes. I used to go to a drugstore not as close to my home which was small, crowded, and fairly dull. Here I walk without constantly trying to get by others in the narrow aisles (in the other place) and have lots to look at or an entire seating area for the deli on the other side of the store.”
“Kroger now has Apple Pay!!! Let's go Kroger! This is actually one of the nicest Krogers I've seen in a long time. I usually do my shopping at the Dekalb farmers market, Whole Foods or Publix. This is because most Krogers have issues with shelf food safety and the quality of their animal protein & produce departments. These guys have it figured out. The store is immaculate every time I come. I believe this is because of the hourly intercom announcement made for the employees to straighten and clean their sections. Wow! The meat and seafood department does not have an odor and the produce is delicious. They also have a really good Starbies inside this location! Staff is always friendly and the pharmacy refills prescriptions quick. Great job Kroger! Love it here!”
“I was on Round 2 of antibiotics for a miserable and lingering sinus infection. The doctor prescribed a REALLY powerful antibiotic at a dosage that my pharmacy did not have in stock. They ordered the antibiotic, though, and it was to be back in stock by Monday (it was Friday). I was so miserable that I couldn't wait that long to start the meds. My Walgreens helped me find a nearby Walgreens that DID have the medication at the proper dosage. When they couldn't get me the whole week's worth of meds, my Walgreens showed up for me and got me the rest of the medication. I took my last dose today and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! My Walgreens is at 585 DeKalb Industrial Way in Decatur, GA. They are amazing and really a great team of people! I would highly recommend!”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at CVS, and I really wanted to recognize Heaven at the front register.
I came in having a rushed, stressful, and honestly pretty bad day. Heaven completely changed the experience for me. She was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and professional. She didn’t just go through the motions of checking me out. She made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer.
It’s becoming harder to find customer service like this, and when you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, they deserve to be recognized.
If I were the owner or manager of this CVS, I would be extremely proud to have someone like Heaven representing the store. Employees like her are the reason customers remember a business and want to come back.
