“I love this store, but their curbside pickup is a complete waste of time. They won’t replace anything if the exact product isn’t available, so I ended up with only half of what I ordered. I was trying to avoid walking through the store since I’m sick, but now I’ll have to go back anyway.”
“Publix is the best! This store is always so neat and clean. The employees always say hello and are so willing to help with anything. The produce, deli and meats are always fresh. Everything is well stocked and easy to find.”

“We went there in an emergency looking for a tool to fix something loose on our car. A lady went above and beyond to help us, from showing us the tools to opening a cash register for us. She also gave us paper towels so my husband could clean his hands afterward. I wish I could remember her name.”
“Definitely the cheapest grocery store in the area. However, some of the items stocked on the shelves are expired, and there are frequent rearrangements of the store which means it can be hard to find certain items. The lines to checkout can be long but the cashiers usually keep them moving fairly quick.”

“I liked this Aldi. It was a different look from the Aldi in my neighborhood. Smaller isles to walk through. A standup glass display for additional frozen food products. A stand alone display in the rear of the store for just pizza, ice cream, and other premium type pastry foods. This Aldi's look way better than what's in my neighborhood.
I stopped here on my way home. I didn't really want to go into Walmart. I'm glad I went into this Aldi's. If this Aldi's was not so far from where I live, I would be stopping at this Aldi's. ??”
“Home away from home, a holiday experience to experience the usual market in a completely different way, but actually as always. Much cheaper, including water, and offers some foods that a German in the USA misses. And...There's finally no endless flood of bags at the checkout, you have to bring your own bags.”

“Well stocked shelves and a deli that makes sandwiches with genuine care. The bakery staff are always friendly and generous with the free kids cookie. Only drawback is the deli sandwich line, which can take quite a while, especially during busy hours.”

“This Publix is the best Publix I’ve been to by far. Customer service is superb and they usually are always stocked with everything you need. Very rarely do I come here and what I need is not in stock.The only thing is that this is a very busy location so the parking lot is most likely always packed. Further more I wrote this review to say, I had a cold brew coffee container that I bought yesterday and when I got home, I realized the seal was broken because it had leaked all over my groceries. I called customer service and spoke with Latasha and she was more than accommodating. I was able to come up to the Publix and get a new one very easily. I drive past a Publix that’s closer to my house to go to this one just because it is always top-tier.”

“I love the deli department here. The people in the deli are very passionate about making their food. Their sandwiches are made with love. Every time I eat one I feel like my aunt made it for me. This Publix location truly reflects the commercial where shopping is truly a great experience. Charity and Chad always make me smile. I love this location!”
“Staff is always very friendly and professional. Food from the deli is always great including wings, pre-made sandwiches, and salads. They also do stuff like a free Free Bar cake for your bday. Its a really nice size personal cake l, and u can choose from numerous flavors like red velvet, carrot, white confetti,etc. I don't know how I lived so long without a publix!!”

“I thought this grocery store was quite convenient to S. Dekalb Mall. They appear to have many items and the prices seem cheaper than Krogers for many things.
They have a policy where you must leave all outside bags/bookbags at the front. Which i thought was strange (never had seen that before in supermarket).
I had a situation where i was charged an incorrect price for some items ($2.79 vs 1.99). I pointed it out to the cashier (who was customer service) and she initially responded that i must have picked up the wrong items (she didnt actually check). So i went back and looked at the items and took a photo.. After going back to the CS desk, THEN she have an attendant check the price. They verify it is $1.99. NO APOLOGY. but they did refund the difference. And i even bought another item i didnt know existed because it was in a different aisle (they guy who checked the prices had brought it to the cashier for comparison).
So i didnt want to give 1 or 2 star review and be accused of not supporting black owned businesses or being "petty". But was i wrong for not wanting to be overcharged?”
“The quality of the meat is the best. I live a little far away but I like to buy quality! Their bread is also delicious, but the service from the cashiers is not very good, they are always with a price, as if they were going to give you things for free! I have never received a free soft drink, nor was they offered the points card very badly and I don't pay with EBT...because I see that that also bothers them”

“Our local stores in the Athens, GA are well managed offering a clean environment, consistent quality and selection of meat products. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful and go out of their way to help you.
