“My husband and I want to give praise to Cathy and Trudy and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy at Shamrock Plaza for their excellent attention to detail when filling a script. Cathy received a script request for a med for my husband and recognized that it could severely interfere with his heart condition. She and/or the staff contacted both doctors involved in order to get the correct script for his condition that would not further harm his heart. Well done! Thank you so much!”
“One of the more chique Aldi's that you will find. Some more specialty items that you may not find in their counterparts. Very spacious. Still very competitive prices, especially if you are lucky enough to catch the mark downs.”
“Walking into this store is like a blast from the past hope the store gets modernized soon. The good old days are alive and well here along with a good selection and great prices on some items. My first time here at this location didn't even know they had one there until my son told me it was there. My son called it walking into the past which wasn't a bad description at all thanks for the memories Big Bear Supermarket keep striving for food excellence and low prices ??????♀️? ? ?”

“This morning I was here at my neighborhood Publix and once I was at the register running up the meat I was buying was the wrong price. I alerted Jasmine and Deborah to the issue and they nicely allowed me to double check the price, to which I confirmed that the price I saw on the product was correct. They delivered great customer service quickly handled the issue the manager John checked on the situation to make sure things were going seamless as well. In the end due to the issue they made sure I received the product for free. They were very kind and I’m glad this Publix is in our neighborhood.Often in service oriented industries it’s not IF something goes wrong with processes it WILL, but it’s often how you rectify it and the kindness you bring to fixing the issue. They seem to understand that and want to give great customer service. Thank you Publix”

“I love to shop at Publix. This particular location is always so clean and neat. My location by my house on N Deshong is ok, but not as fully stocked as Flat Shoals Pkway. The ice cream and frozen foods are always so organized and fully stocked. Not so true at N. Deshong. I would like to see Deshong like that. I still support my home store and hope things will get better. ?to the Flat Shoals Pkway location management.”
