“Owner was very nice and the prices were fair. I had a ring polished and another ring's diamond reset and it was $20.00 each which seems to be his minimum per service. Both ring's work wasn't the BEST but it was still good for the price. He also has a few knick knacks and novelties for sale in the store and some are a bit expensive. I did end up buying an electronic component and didn't mind the bit of extra money since he was a nice guy.
He doesn't seem to have much jewelry so it seems more like he's a jewelry repair place than an actual jewelry store. A lot of reviews don't mention that he's Vietnamese which is an important note to make, we have a lot of Vietnamese in this area so he can be quite helpful to those who don't speak very good English. I spoke to him entirely in English and had no issues.

“We had an amazing experience at Bhindi Jewelers! The staff was extremely helpful, and both the manager and the lady who assisted us were very kind, patient, and welcoming. They gave us a really good deal and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
We visited almost all the jewelry stores in Decatur before coming here, but none of them had what we were looking for, and the customer service elsewhere just didn’t compare. Bhindi Jewelers truly stood out with their collection and the way they treat customers. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and honest people!”

“Needed a watch battery replaced for a Fossil and Seiko watch. Visited the store on a Saturday, I was quoted a reasonable price. It wasnt busy, they said I could come back in couple of hours to pick it up. I advised I would come back in a few days, they provided a ticket. I now have my watches with working batteries.”
