My expectations were exceeded with every item, but my engagement ring is forever my favorite piece to look at every day. Manuk and his family constantly checked in with my Fiancee throughout the process with renderings, edits, and getting confirmation every edit. I truly could not recommend the team at Luxor more. I could write a 5-paragraph essay on my love for Luxor.”
“Just sold them some scrap broken jewelry and old rings and got a great offer of about 75-80% of the total value for my items. Really satisfied I walked in knowing the total scrap value of my items and the amount they gave me was about 80% of the value I consider that a great deal. Usually you get offered 50-65% of scrap value at other places. They do very fair business. I’ll return to purchase a watch I saw in the showcase soon.”

We had an issue with his wedding band. The band separated while we were on our honeymoon. Bridgett was amazing.
Bridgett is on orientation but you would not have know it. She helped us out so much. She was friendly and cared for us and the situation. Wendy went through great lengths to find the receipt. She climbed on a ladder to get the box with our receipt. Diana the store manager worked it out to where we did not have to spend extra on a new ring.
