“Reserved a van, got there and no van available! I spoke to Anthony and told him that my parents 81&83 yrs coming with us and our kids are under 25yrs can’t drive rental vehicle and driving our van with our dog. They calling around and made it happen! These people know customer service! Thank you all for coming through and being very nice when others before us had cursed at you all Anthony, Ivan, and Anastasia. I wasn’t there when that happen. If I did, it wouldn’t have happen on my watch! We’re all human beings be nice to human and cursed at the computer or corporate!”
“Went with a friend so she could get a rental car and they were very nice. I believe the guy who helped her was Trey. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Her rental was very clean and in great shape. Make sure you pay attention to their business hours (especially if you call corporate to set your in store appointment).”

“This company came in handy for an affordable last minute car rental when I needed it the most. After a terrible unfortunate experience with Hertz & then AVIS. I was left basically stranded in an Avis Parking lot after spending $50 on an Uber to get there. I found this company and spoke to a gentleman named Leon. He was so understanding to my situation, he even offered to pick me up and take me to the Rental Location. Once at the place within 30 minutes i was given the keys to a nice up to date Nissan. The car was very clean and worked wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“My first booking experience started off ruff due to someone having the same 1st and last name being on the no rent list. I had to go home and bring back a second form of identification( I live 8 minutes away so I was upset) after verifying it wasn't me I was able to get my rental and Jasmine even surprised me with an upgrade! Jasmine was super nice the whole time advising me to call the 800 number to resolve the issue and she even called her manager so that kept me calm. Thank you again Jasmine.”
“This is the third rental my family has conducted with this franchise this year. The first 2 for business and this last for personal due to an accident. I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner with an online reservation. When I arrived, the smaller car I reserved was unavailable so he put me in a free upgrade to an SUV. I was able to keep the car for an additional 2 weeks with no issues and a nominal extension fee. Pick up and drop off were seamless and quick. Will definitely rent from this location again!”
“Larry was so kind and helpful! Beaver toyota set up a loaner vehicle here and it was a very smooth process. Larry made sure that I received a vehicle that was the closest to my personal vehicle so that I would be comfortable. Only downside is that the vehicle could have been a little cleaner. I would definitely return as a customer!”

“I typically don’t leave reviews, but after witnessing some recent unfair comments, I felt compelled to share my experience.
During my visit to Avis, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Amanda, and I can confidently say she is an indispensable asset to the team. From the moment I walked in, she demonstrated a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care that is increasingly rare in this industry.
Amanda is not only highly knowledgeable about the rental process and policies, but she also approaches each interaction with precision and efficiency. “Perfect Experience!
We had done a reservation via our German Auto Club, and after reading the reviews from this station I was a little bit nervous, due to the amount of negative feedback.
After arriving at the station, it took about 5 minutes till the rental process completed. My question has been answered, and the crew was polite and friendly.
We booked an SUV 7-Seater (the large ones) and we received a Chevrolet Tahoe (bingo)
The side window was a little bit dirty on the inside (looked like somebody has left some kind of color and had put up / down the window, bit for us not critic). The rest of the car was clean.
For a German I was deeply impressed of the car (such cars you will not find often on the German roads) and we enjoyed every mile.
The drop off process was also very smooth (max. 5 minutes), and right after 10 minutes I received my digital receipt with miles and finals cost via e-Mail (honestly, I have rented many cars on business trips, but this process for pick up and drop off was very smooth and I haven’t had this experience never in Europe.
From my side thanks to the Hertz team Lawrenceville for such a nice ride on my holiday and I will come back…….”
