“Me and my husband recently visited (8ish am/ May 4,2024) the dollar store for the first time and had a great experience. The staff, who I believe works alone, was extremely helpful and efficient. Despite it being my first time there, he made the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. I appreciate his hard work and friendliness. “I dont usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to. I drive from Lilburn to oakwood every morning to drop my 4 month old baby off to my mom so she can watch her while im at work. I realized once I got to my mom's that I left her diaper bag with all of her things like diapers, wipes, toys, etc. Well I drove to dollar general to get diapers, the worker was outside sweeping the parking lot and let me know the store wasn't open for another 10 mins. I told him the situation and he opened the store a few mins early to help me out. I truly appreciate the gentleman that did that for me instead of making me wait or go else where. I didnt catch the guys name because I was rushing out. But wanted to write a review and thank him!”
“I feel grateful yet spoiled to have a Dollar Tree so close to my house. Very convenient to get beauty products, some food/snacks, school supplies, etc. While the store could be better run, I’m not sure it matters with these prices for at least decent quality items.”
“Always friendly service, but merchandising is bad. Store I'd messy and shelves are cluttered. Wife asked for help and male associate said he didn't know and went back to working without another thought. Older lady walked back with wife and was very helpful.”

“Store is stock, clean and well organized. Freezer was stock and has so many great selection. Prices were well lowered to competitors. All staff from cashiers to managers from morning and closing shift are helpful with customers and hard working. Kathy the store manger was very helpful and guide customers to what they’re looking for.”

“My child loves Dollar Tree this is his happy place where he can really stretch his dollars and feel like a little boss. This location is especially nice and well-organized. “I've worked retail for many years in my life, enough to know if business is slow they can't have alot people working at a location. I feel this location is doing the best it can with what it's got for now. It always seems slow with customers. It's a bit messy, unorganized , and empty shelves. BUT every employee there was working when I went in. One associate was working on the product that came in and filling shelves. The lady who cashed us out was very friendly. Prices were great. In the end I found everything I needed, for less than if I drove all the way to Walmart. It was convenient for me not to have to drive all over. The place just needs more help, and given a chance. That's all. ?”
“my review on the stores tainted I've worked at this store. I know no one there turn over on employees mite last a year I lasted 3 days or nights before the virus. when carpet still on the floor and holes in a row all that's been fixed during a prime location the store is generally packed means the shelves are half empty but it's the same at Walmart too certain days the shells are filled other days it may as well kiss a goodbye”
“I like being outdoors and nature so I showed up with my watering can and pruning shears, only to discover aisles of affordable treasures instead of branches full of money. While I was mildly disappointed to find zero trees for my dollar, I walked out with items I didn't know I needed. Turns out, the only greenery here is the cash you save! If you're in the market for a forest adventure, this might not be the spot. But if it's budget-friendly knick-knacks you seek, Dollar "not actually a" Tree has got you covered! ???”

“This is my go to Dollar Tree. My favorite thing to buy from here is light bulbs, balloons for open house signs and occasional office supplies. This location is awesome and the staff are always super nice and the lines are usually never long.”
“I stopped by Dollar Tree to pick up some laundry detergents and dishwashing soaps. The store was clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I needed without any hassle. Prices were, of course, very budget-friendly. The only downside was the checkout , there was only one cashier open, which led to a long wait in line. Overall, a good shopping experience but would be even better with faster checkout service.”
