“Good place for items you need in small containers as well as casual dishes, cups, plastic cutlery and containers. Most items are $1.50+ now. Least cluttered of Dollar stores, but getting messier.”
“We always come in this dollar tree, and always have great customer service from a employee named Ben he is always so friendly and always willing to help the customers, and is always going out of his way to help.We come here because of him!”
“I dont usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to. I drive from Lilburn to oakwood every morning to drop my 4 month old baby off to my mom so she can watch her while im at work. I realized once I got to my mom's that I left her diaper bag with all of her things like diapers, wipes, toys, etc. Well I drove to dollar general to get diapers, the worker was outside sweeping the parking lot and let me know the store wasn't open for another 10 mins. I told him the situation and he opened the store a few mins early to help me out. I truly appreciate the gentleman that did that for me instead of making me wait or go else where. I didnt catch the guys name because I was rushing out. But wanted to write a review and thank him!”
“I was just in yesterday to grab a few items and it was so easy to find them. The crew works hard and it is my favorite location because of it. Kyla checked me out and was super friendly!!”
“SO MANY times you can come to a store and ask where an item is located for the associate to not know where things are. That was NOT the case today. In a hurry, I walked in and asked Evans where I could find an item. Without hesitation and with precision, he directed me step by step to where I could find that item, and I did. His knowledge and professionalis needs to be acknowledged. That simple act of certainty and service, made Evans in my eyes a World Class associate.”
“Always friendly service, but merchandising is bad. Store I'd messy and shelves are cluttered. Wife asked for help and male associate said he didn't know and went back to working without another thought. Older lady walked back with wife and was very helpful.”
“Posting this for…I think her name is Chelsea who works here often and she is the best. I see everyone leaving here smiling because of her! Such a ray of light.”
“I feel grateful yet spoiled to have a Dollar Tree so close to my house. Very convenient to get beauty products, some food/snacks, school supplies, etc. While the store could be better run, I’m not sure it matters with these prices for at least decent quality items.”
“Mr. Karl was so friendly and helpful! He had such a positive attitude and greeted everyone as they walked in. Made everyone feel so welcome! The store was well organized and even though they were switching between Fall and Back to School the aisles were still easy to move through and get what we needed.”
“Hadn't been into this location for awhile, but fully impressed at what I saw and the service I received today! Koran and his crew had the store in great condition and clean with all employees actively stocking shelves, cashiering, or assisting customers quickly and courteously with their needs. I had a lot to do in a little amount of time and was so grateful for the assistance in great options of product and such helpful staff and leadership by Koran.”
“billy (from southern california) has amazing customer service. thanking each patron for choosing to shop at dollar tree. friendly, helpful, always has a smile. ✨
thank you, billy for your help with the balloons?”
“The best dollar tree in the area! Wide variety of products and always clean. Some of the makeup and hygiene products here are absolutely amazing, it's hard to believe how cheap it is!”
“Lucky runs a tight ship here. This has to be one of the cleanest, nicest dollar trees I have ever been to. Everyone is always pleasant as well. Keep up the great work!”
“Went here to get snacks for the movies, the candy and chips and all the snacks were super cheap. If you want to go to the movies come here and save your money on snacks. Just make sure to hide it. The staff were also nice too👍”
“Awesome store. Really cool and knowledgeable employees. I’m not sure if people realize how many different types of items are sold here. Tons of awesome stuff from A to Zero! Killer place to shop, especially for the single person. Stop in and check it out……… you just may be completely surprised!”
“Vary vary nice
Makes you feel great
To know in these times
saving a dollar or so
is vary important
Also that thank you and
a smile doesn't hurt either.”
“I’m not really familiar with this store. was shopping for someone else and didn’t know where a lot of the items were. A wonderful employee, Shawn, was super helpful and actually walked me over to the items I couldn’t find. He provided great customer service”
“Just left our local Dollar Tree and it’s never looked so cleaned and organized. The store actually looked spacious!! Jonathan and Christian were super pleasant!”
“LaTeef at the Dollar General in Suwanee provided exceptional customer service. He truly went above and beyond while assisting my mother with her coupons. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, taking the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. His positive attitude and willingness to help made her shopping experience pleasant and stress-free. Employees like LaTeef are a tremendous asset to Dollar General. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!”
“On a scale of ghetto -this dollar tree is a gentrified project housing complex next transportation that goes into the city- in a neighborhood that used to be bad.
I would return -checkout was quick
No self checkout. Cashier's were slow but nice.
Lots of nice merchandise - disclaimer dollar tree ain't a dollar anymore.”
“They FINALLY got some Pokemon card in and the manager (I believe) put a limit on what you could buy!!! This is great bc the guy in front of me would have bought the ENTIRE stock at one time!!! He sent multiple people in after that but since the manager put a limit I was able to grab some at MSRP price!! Y'all should definitely give her a raise bc she TRULY cares about the customer!”
“Dollar Tree is proof that optimism is dangerous.....
You walk in for one thing… walk out with 14 items you didn’t need, none of which will survive the weekend.
But hey — it was only a dollar (Plus tax. And regret.) ?”
“Zachary provided excellent customer service, store was clean and easy to move through and had a vast inventory! I’ve shopped several Dollar Trees in Atlanta and this has got to be one of my favorites!!”
“VB provided such superb service! I didn't know how much The Dollar Tree had to offer, until she took her time to show me different things that I can put together. What amazing customer service!”
“Right up the street from my house so I’m constantly stopping in to get something I need. They’re very convenient and have a lot of my name brand items I buy as far as food. They have a wide variety of everything!!”

“Hands down BEST Dollar Tree!! They have the CLEANEST Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited! And the employees were ALL friendly and helpful! The employees seemed to work well together, one of the registers froze and they had to open another one. They also seem to be staffed well, which almost never happens at my local Dollar Tree and that more than likely has a direct effect on their employees customer service and the cleanliness of the store. Well, I’ll go out of my way to be a regular at this store! Great experience!”
