“I dont usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to. I drive from Lilburn to oakwood every morning to drop my 4 month old baby off to my mom so she can watch her while im at work. I realized once I got to my mom's that I left her diaper bag with all of her things like diapers, wipes, toys, etc. Well I drove to dollar general to get diapers, the worker was outside sweeping the parking lot and let me know the store wasn't open for another 10 mins. I told him the situation and he opened the store a few mins early to help me out. I truly appreciate the gentleman that did that for me instead of making me wait or go else where. I didnt catch the guys name because I was rushing out. But wanted to write a review and thank him!”
“One of my fav. Most items are of pretty good quality I now always check expiration date on all foods. Not because of this store but others. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We Vets get no 10% but you save money. My money feels much better in my own pocket. I am not cheap but frugal! GOD BLESS.....”
“Hadn't been into this location for awhile, but fully impressed at what I saw and the service I received today! Koran and his crew had the store in great condition and clean with all employees actively stocking shelves, cashiering, or assisting customers quickly and courteously with their needs. I had a lot to do in a little amount of time and was so grateful for the assistance in great options of product and such helpful staff and leadership by Koran.”
“Store is stock, clean and well organized. Freezer was stock and has so many great selection. Prices were well lowered to competitors. All staff from cashiers to managers from morning and closing shift are helpful with customers and hard working. Kathy the store manger was very helpful and guide customers to what they’re looking for.”

“SO MANY times you can come to a store and ask where an item is located for the associate to not know where things are. That was NOT the case today. In a hurry, I walked in and asked Evans where I could find an item. Without hesitation and with precision, he directed me step by step to where I could find that item, and I did. His knowledge and professionalis needs to be acknowledged. That simple act of certainty and service, made Evans in my eyes a World Class associate.”

“Always friendly service, but merchandising is bad. Store I'd messy and shelves are cluttered. Wife asked for help and male associate said he didn't know and went back to working without another thought. Older lady walked back with wife and was very helpful.”
“I've worked retail for many years in my life, enough to know if business is slow they can't have alot people working at a location. I feel this location is doing the best it can with what it's got for now. It always seems slow with customers. It's a bit messy, unorganized , and empty shelves. BUT every employee there was working when I went in. One associate was working on the product that came in and filling shelves. The lady who cashed us out was very friendly. Prices were great. In the end I found everything I needed, for less than if I drove all the way to Walmart. It was convenient for me not to have to drive all over. The place just needs more help, and given a chance. That's all. ?”

“I stopped by Dollar Tree to pick up some laundry detergents and dishwashing soaps. The store was clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I needed without any hassle. Prices were, of course, very budget-friendly. The only downside was the checkout , there was only one cashier open, which led to a long wait in line. Overall, a good shopping experience but would be even better with faster checkout service.”

“Hands down BEST Dollar Tree!! They have the CLEANEST Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited! And the employees were ALL friendly and helpful! The employees seemed to work well together, one of the registers froze and they had to open another one. They also seem to be staffed well, which almost never happens at my local Dollar Tree and that more than likely has a direct effect on their employees customer service and the cleanliness of the store. Well, I’ll go out of my way to be a regular at this store! Great experience!”
