“I drive a mobile grooming van with a somewhat tricky-to-reach propane tank underneath it. This is the way it’s manufactured and cannot be altered. I have had multiple Ace hardware store managers refuse my business because they don’t want be bothered with manual labor. At this location there is never any fuss, and they’re always able to help me within minutes. Thank you for your quick and helpful service! I (and the dogs!) appreciate it so much.”

“I love Sherwin Williams paint. It's very good quality, but it's hit or miss as far as customer service. The last trip I made was with a really nice woman who was so kind to help change the paint I'd bought to match more exact to the color I already had on my walls. I had brought a sample and she even took the time to dry a piece to make sure it matched. Some of the other staff here just haven't been super friendly and don't even smile. The color choices are endless and they have really cool sticker samples of some of the more staple colors. Genius! Whether is paint or supplies they have you covered. Keep an eye out for sales because Sherwin is definitely not cheap. Service isn't always the best but regardless I love their paint quality. I am hoping to see some of the staff improve. Just a smile could go a long way!”
“I purchased Sherwin William’s paint for my covered porch floor. There was a problem after painting the porch. I called Sherwin-Williams and spoke to Justin Sutherland, Sales Manager; he set up an appointment to view the porch floor. He listened and then told me the situation will get resolve. Justin had his Sales Representative, Paul Wilson, come to the house and Paul resolved the problem. I was so impressed with Justin and Paul service and professionalism that I will continue to purchase Sherwin Williams’ products. She was more than happy to help me as well as addressed my complaint. Jess and Mari spent the day color matching a cabinet color perfectly for my job. I truly appreciate both of them and will only be dealing with them moving forward.”
“This Sherwin Williams is so absolutely wonderful. The staff who work here are so very friendly, very hardworking, and really aim to please their customers! When I was at the store, I was choosing paint colors for a remodel of our house. Their was a problem with the paint samples section due to an emergency. Eva Casey was so very wonderful and stepped in and let me take home the whole book of paint. How very completely nice of her to do so. She really went the very extra mile in providing great customer service. How very kind! I also worked with Nathan Hendershot, the assistant manager. He also provided total quality service when he walked over and provided me with the samples that I needed, and fulfilling my paint sample order. What a completely breath of fresh air! I will definitely continue to come back to this store for my painting needs again and again and again!”
