“I did ask the lady about discount or coupon on products . She said the discount is already on the display. I rather use coupon like 50, 60,70% instead of 20% in all products. But I’m glad the store is kept clean. I noticed when I come in and buy bird seeds they don’t have variety brands only two different brands.”

I use the version with the handles and they are easy to open, generously sized, thick enough, compostable and purchasing them also donates money to the Jane Goodall Institute. “I just went in for a gift card for my great-nephew. My son and I looked around at the reptile and bird area. We just got the gift card but the cashier was so friendly and gave us cards to fill out and put on the frig with names of our pets in case of a fire, the fire fighters know how many to look for. Nice job Nicole!”
“I like this PetSmart. The staff are friendly. The store is outdated, but well-kept. I enjoy looking for pet supply bargains for our resident animals & foster pets. If a food is within a few months of expiry, they will mark it 50% off. That's where we come in.”
“This place is great. Amazing selection and great prices. We loved the little bakery at the front. So many great things all the way through. BUT the best part about this location is the staff. All that we came in contact with were amazing but specifically Curtis. Curtis was our cashier and after we had shopped for $272 worth of groceries, sent $272 worth of groceries down the line to be rang up there was a problem with Apple Pay. Not sure if it was my phone or their reader but we had a problem. An embarrassing demoralizing problem because I didn’t have my wallet with me. Curtis the best cashier ever offered to let me send him a Zelle for the money we owed and then paid for our groceries with his card. I don’t know what we would have done if not for him. Also was a valuable lesson in that I need my cards all the time. Apple Pay has never let me down before, but today it did. Fortunately we were at Lidl where Curtis was our cashier.”

If you're looking for an incredible selection of fish, plants, decor, gravel, and all the aquarium supplies you could ever need, look no further! This store has it all. The manager, Tammy, is incredibly knowledgeable about fish care and is always attentive and sweet.
The store itself is pristine, offering a vast array of pet food, toys, and more. Highly recommended for any pet enthusiast!”
“Staff is always nice and attentive. Place is always clean and well stocked. There are some things that are overpriced so i would suggest comparing prices online. Sometimes they have foster cats, never seen any dogs, they refer to go to an animal shelter if you're looking for those. They do have bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets, frogs, snakes, birds, and fish.
They have a loyalty rewards program. Our to-go place for our pets food. Plenty of parking within the plaza.
Would recommend and continue going.”
“The reception staff were great, and our puppy seemed to have enjoyed herself. The only drawback was the misunderstanding on when I needed to pick her up the day of her "meet and greet" visit.I will be taking her back soon to bathe her in the DIY Spa area and i will try doggie daycamp again”

Abbegail did an amazing job with my dog cooper. He looks so cute and fluffy . I used to have so many problems with other locations/groomers where they were just shaving my dog and didn’t care even if he wasn’t matted. I definitely recommend her. I’ll be back soon!!!”
“This location has excellent customer service. It works perfectly for me because 1) I'm a woman, 2) I'm a senior, and 3) I'm handicapped and can't lift heavy items. My pets eat well and stay healthy because PetSmart helps me help them.”

As for the live animals goes, there's a good variety, and prices are okay compared to other pet stores. During my visit to the store, I noticed some of the staff members were attentive, and some weren't.”

“I recently took my 14-year-old dog to Sammi at PetSmart for a grooming session, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Not only did Sammi handle my senior dog with the utmost care, but she also ensured that he was comfortable and stress-free throughout the entire process.
What impressed me the most was how happy and relaxed my dog was after the grooming. It's not often he comes out of grooming sessions without feeling a bit frazzled, but this time was different, thanks to Sammi's gentle approach.
The icing on the cake was the haircut itself. It was simply perfect! Sammi clearly understands how to tailor her grooming to the needs of older dogs, which shows in her meticulous attention to detail. The cut was not only stylish but also very practical for maintenance.
I highly recommend Sammi to any pet owner who wants a groomer who combines professionalism with a genuine love for animals. We'll definitely be returning!”
