Poor customer service at this branch. Several of the employees, on multiple visits, seem to find it a bother to help customers. Or found their phone a lot more fun then providing service.

Worst location ever! I asked to follow up on opening an account and they ignored me! After repeated attempts to call them they never answered, I left several voicemails and was ignored. I’m never coming back here again!

This is a "cashless" bank. I could not deposit money into my account because the one hundred dollar bills are the older version and the atm would not recognize it. I was then told inside that there was no cash in the building to exchange my old bill for a newer one and that I would have to go to another branch. I never thought I would go to a bank that didn't have access to paper currency. What a waste of time.

Best bank branch I've ever been to, they were so kind and helpful and they check back in every so often to make sure I don't need anything. 10 out of 10 would recommend Michael head is amazing go see him if you're going to open account.

My husband almost got scammed on identify theft. Fortunately I questioned the chase employee at 1130am on 16Jun and he advised my husband and stopped. I really appreciate the chase employee who helped today. Thanks a million.

So the girl at the drive-through was very very nice. I accidentally sent the deposit slip for my other bank account. This young black man came up and very rudely said we had a problem depositing your slip. Send it back to me then just turned and walked away very rudely. He didn’t take time to ask what else I needed or what he could do. I had to hit the call button to get somebody to come back to the window so I can get the right deposit slip. That one person is enough to make me want to find another bank. In 40 years of banking it’s probably the most rudest I’ve ever been treated

I would give negative stars if I could. I was told by the branch the funds would be available in 2 days, then they placed a nine day hold on it. They are thieves and just j*** you around while trying to get your money

Never had a banker to give me all the excuses in the books to not to open a business account. From not having enough time (1 hour) to not being open to open a new account because the Secretery of the State website says that my LLC is active but due for current year. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Thank you for your no services. This is a joke.
