Poor service specially make online appointment but the representative , whom has appointment with not in. And no any response or update

I'd like to thank Suzie zhang She was very nice and helpful to open high school account for my son even we don’t have an appointment in her location 😊

Poor customer service at this branch. Several of the employees, on multiple visits, seem to find it a bother to help customers. Or found their phone a lot more fun then providing service.
