I don't know this bank has bad reviews. It is just like every other bank I have been to. Staff is polite and they handle my in person banking needs.

Needed help with a large bag of change. Was blown off with change sleeves and the comment we would have to roll it if you leave it. Last time I checked you at least get paid to do it.
