“Very beautiful golf course neighborhood with nice amenities, nice free form pool with slide adjacent to the club house with mini gym, cute playground and many tennis courts. We had a chance to try their pool during my kid's friend birthday party. The lifeguard were very attentive, ample parking spaces, the security at the gate were pleasant and friendly. The houses architecture are really pretty, overall it's a very nice neighborhood to live in.”

But this is one of those notes that I wanted to send in appreciation of two associates who have been nothing short of superlative brand ambassadors of Bank of America. I've been a long time customer and I preferred customer as well with Bank of America and had many instances going to various different branches in Texas, Arkansas, California and now here in Georgia. I have not come across better professional than Ms. Karen who's the branch manager and Mr. Victtor Cabral who is one of the Relationship Manager. What is impressive apart from their deep subject matter experience is their genuine care for the customers. It's blatently visible. They have definitely exceeded expectations”

“I've been to this branch only 3 times in the past 3 years. I've never had an issue during those visits. Everyone has been friendly and courteous. It's very clean and looks brand new inside. Truist is a brick and mortar bank. It's not always going to be quick or without fees. I get it if people have had problems with transfers or whatever but luckily I haven't run into any major core banking issues. Just thought I'd leave this in part to share that I've never had a 1.9 or 2 star experience at this branch.”
