“I applied for a personal loan on line I got approved and was told to just come to the bank to sign the peppers and that was it, the day of my appointment wich I thought it was just to sign the papers I was told that I was supposed to drop off before that day some papers but when they called me to let me know I just need to go and sign the peppers they never mentioned that so i told Sara Eunjoo that I didn't know and that I took time off from work to stop by and sign the peppers and also the closest PNC to me it was 40 minutes very politely she replied let me call and see what I can do. She not only called she took the time to do everything possible to help me sign the peppers and get the loan. So this 5 ⭐ is for SARA EUNJOO thank you very much for your help. PNC needs more employees like you”

“Very beautiful golf course neighborhood with nice amenities, nice free form pool with slide adjacent to the club house with mini gym, cute playground and many tennis courts. We had a chance to try their pool during my kid's friend birthday party. The lifeguard were very attentive, ample parking spaces, the security at the gate were pleasant and friendly. The houses architecture are really pretty, overall it's a very nice neighborhood to live in.”

“Nice and fast service. Went to pick up ordered foreign currency and was greeted by two ladies at the front. They redirected me to the teller who was with another customer. While waiting in line, one of the ladies asked for my ID and went to the back to grab my currency while the teller was still assisting another customer. Mary, teller, was super nice and ensured everything aligned with denominations that were with paper. Helped within minutes and out in less than 10 mins. Greats service overall.”
“These guys are great, I love the new Reynoldstown location, it's close to my house and very convenient. The bankers are so cool, they know me by name and always greets me when I come in. I even got it opportunity to spend some time with the manager Justin. He spent some time telling me about the Synovus history and I can tell how passionate he is about banking and working for Synovus.”

Just thought I'd leave this in part to share that I've never had a 1.9 or 2 star experience at this branch.”
