Charles that works at this location in the warehouse section was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient

They open up at 6am for trucks. The truck entrance is at the yellow gate. Appointment was at 6am. If you’re a J.B. Hunt truck you usual have to go to dock891 near the end of the building but sometimes they unload you at dock 6. I would hover in the dock 6 area to find out for sure. Backing space isn’t too bad.*

I had a drop and hook but my load was not ready. They were nice and let me stay in the yard to wait for my load. Yard jockey definitely humble. I have no complaints!!!!

They do NOT answer the phone nor return your voicemails. I tried rescheduling a pickup multiple times. Eventually I showed up 3 weeks after the original scheduled date, and they still had my bedroom furniture, thank God! Clean office, the guys working in the back were nice and professional. But y’all need better customer service.Also, look for suite 800 on the right. The previous reviews that left photos were helpful.

It was very easy and convenient to return the shelves my wife purchased. The guys were friendly and the process took less than 15 minutes. The suite is not easy to locate. It is to the left of the Bionew office (see photo). I hope this helps!

Needs serious signage upgrade. Good luck if you're going there to pickup a warehouse item. Front door was locked during operations hours. Phone went to voice mail .
