Thomas trains my son in soccer and everytime I go there to drop him off I swear Thomas is the Energizer Bunny in human form. Always up beat and knowledgeable about physiology and how the body will respond.

I've been working out with Thomas for two years now and I've never felt or looked better. Everyone there is super friendly and the gym is always clean.
