“What a great rental store. Donald and Dan run this like its their own business. Equipment is newer, but it is clear that they take pride in keeping everything well maintained and in order. Rented a heavy piece of equipment and Dan was very accommodating in helping me load and unload from the back of my van using a lift. Further away for me than other rental choices but I will be back for the quality of equipment and excellent customer service.”
“I love Lowe's, but I have been looking elsewhere since they started limiting the veteran discounts in the past few years. I'm writing today because of a terrible experience. I created a curbside pickup order the day before for a single can of spray paint. By noon the next day, they couldn't be bothered to pick the item to have it ready for me. I wanted curbside because I didn't want to hassle taking my toddler into the store. The item was available on the shelf. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one could find one and customer service was too busy. Again, great store, just a bad single experience.”
