Same day courier service - 50$ for delivery is justified when it took the courier 90 minutes to get it me and I’m sure even longer back as he was heading away from Atlanta.

If you need medical equipment in the Atlanta area, call them first!
(I didn’t. I went to Amazon first. The 3rd party seller who stated delivery would be by Monday 7 am….i logged in around noon and at that time delivery was to be Thursday 10pm.
