“I do not write reviews often because my busy schedule. If I do, it is either because it is so good or so bad. Sign11 falls to So Good category. A few things surprised me. 1. Price, very inexpensive, 2. Quality, I always had my posters printed on paper by many different companies. This time I had it printed on vinyl . I was really not so sure if the quality would be acceptable. Wow, when I receive the final print out, it is no different from paper print. I can hang it for ever, even outside under the sun or rain. 3. Communication: After I submitted my file online, I received an email from the company, letting me know some of the words are not clear enough and they provided touch up to improve the quality for my proof reading, It never happened to other companies. 4. Delivery: I need my print next day so I have to pick up myself. They left the product outside the company if you come to them after business hour. It was raining day. When I got there, the print is sealed with plastic bag. No any issue with rain. Again they did fantastic job.”

“Awesome service. UPS in NJ messed up a shipment from here , and the owner here went above and beyond. He made phone calls and got the package on a supervisor’s desk in NJ for my parents to be able to pick up. And this was all done on a late Saturday afternoon! Thank you! Besides today, I’ve been coming to this location for 9 years and it is excellent.”

“I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! She was patient, very helpful and, in my opinion, went far above and beyond the 'service' I received at the Johns Creek location.Kudos to Aniya FedEx...she makes your company better!”
“I came in to drop off a package. There is a sign on the door saying masks are required and that they will limit the number of people inside. There are also places on the floor indicating how far apart you should be standing. I was greeted when I walked in. The young lady working was serving the customer in front of me. I was dropping off a Covid home Test that my employer had me take. She saw what type of package I was dropping off and instructed me to put it in the drop box in the corner. She was helpful and professional. I can only speak of my experience and it was a positive one.”
