“It’s very good store. I have been to few others and for one copy they charged 3 Dollars.. But a girl in this store voluntarily gave it for free saying “ Don’t worry much for today it’s just a page”. I felt good not about money but how you help your customer makes the difference.. I don’t know the name of the girl but kudos to her”

“Had to get shirts for my daughter’s soccer team. Lilly and her team helped turn my design/idea into reality and they came out even better than I imagined. The quality of the shirt was amazing. We used a technique I had not heard of but seen on some higher end shirts. You can tell these will last forever. They, also, guided me through the garment selection and what route(s) would be best in achieving the look and quality I was hoping for. We will be doing more orders for swag items with my company thanks to the whole experience.”

“I can't say enough kind words about Steve Slaton and this company. Our family suffered the tragic loss of our 24 y.o. Marine son. My mother in-law needed help reproducing photos and memorabilia to create a memorial book for his birthday. She had visited another graphics company first who was rude and expensive, and not at all flexible. Steve was so accommodating and gracious, and this was ALOT of print work. He also created duplicates for the In-laws. When my father in-law went to pick it up, Steve refused to accept any money. He said as a former military service man himself, and considering what our family has been through, it was his honor to help. Please patronize this wonderful business. Thank you Steve, from the bottom of our hearts. The Lovins Family”

“I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! She was patient, very helpful and, in my opinion, went far above and beyond the 'service' I received at the Johns Creek location.Kudos to Aniya FedEx...she makes your company better!”

“I was in need of printing off some very important documents and time was of the essence! I first went to Office Depot across the street from PostNet but the people were not very engaging And it seemed as if it was a problem serving me there were only 2 customers and they were walking around as if they were extremely busy. I explained I really needed some help I needed to be walked through the process,. Genuine help never came. I left Office Depot very frustrated. As soon as I walked into PostNet I was pleasantly greeted with a smile and the heart of servitude! I knew I was in the right place! I explained my needs and Tiffany, Kay and Riley stopped at nothing to help me! I know exactly where to come from now on for my printing and packaging needs. Again I thank you blessings to you all always. Tiffany, Kay & Riley serving the public with gladness!??”

He double-checked the shipping address with us to make sure everything was correct, then helped us seal the documents in a package and place it inside a secure box, handling everything with extra care. He was also genuinely funny, and you could tell he actually wanted to help and wished us the best. Overall, great service here.”
