Very quient and hospitable, there is coffee station and refreshment in the lobby area. The staffs are very pleasant and friendly and there's hardly any line. Very conveniently located by Suwanee Dam road. Plenty of parking.

We had to close our main accounts when we moved to another State. I have not found another bank that gives the same quality of customer service. A branch associate contacts me personally with the latest specials on my remaining CD. That small gesture is typical of their commitment to excellence.
