We had to close our main accounts when we moved to another State. I have not found another bank that gives the same quality of customer service. A branch associate contacts me personally with the latest specials on my remaining CD. That small gesture is typical of their commitment to excellence.

This establishment doesn't deserve any stars with the condescending and rude customer service. I have been in search of a bank in the area for one of my family members and came across Quantum National Bank. I would not recommend especially those that are POC. We are not welcome here and it's very clear by the workers tone and energy. I would proudly create an account where I am not belittled.

Camille worked hard to track me down for an error I had made that could have easily turned into a nightmare. She found me and together on the phone we easily diverted the issue. bad internet banking service. cannot make phone contact and do not give an email address. the voice mail runaround. moving around in your account is restricted by the lack of information like who to contact for specific problems and contact information. it seems like they just don't want to be bothered after years fighting over problems it is time for me to find a new bank.

Horrible! No customer service at all! Applied for a loan and the loan officer, who is an EVP, emailed me asking for more information. I provided the information and asked that he call me to discuss. He told me he was busy and in meetings all day. Right! He never called or responded to my questions. Do yourself a favor. Go find a bank that will appreciate your business!

The experience at this bank by far was the best. The staff is amazingly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and our needs were met. My wife and our daughter were treated like family. P.s. I’m sorry about the coffee spill. Highly recommend this bank!!!!

When you call you get an actual person answering the phone, not automated. Recently talked with Muktar and he was a great help. Great bank.
