Temese was very friendly and efficient at getting me set up and allowed me immediate access to the unit. The whole process took leas than 30 minutes. I’d highly recommend this place !”

“Just rented a unit & so far I only have one complaint. I’m currently paying for a climate
control unit inside and unfortunately it’s like I’m paying for an outdoor unit. It’s extremely hot & muggy in the units on all floors. Which in my past, when I have had other storage units, in other locations. The climate control was a true climate control. Very cool. I’m worried about my items getting damaged from the heat and moisture in the air. Another person was who was there while I was, stated some of her belongings had mold on them due to the conditions inside. I did reach out to CS which no one answered the phone. I did receive a call back the next day and informed him of the conditions. I was told he would pass the message along to the tech for them to go check out. It’s been a couple days since then. I plan on going back this weekend to see if the air has been fixed. I will follow up with another review to give an update.”
“I had a great experience with the initial agent who got me the best price he could. It was convenient to be able to just load, on my time & have picked up & stored somewhere. However the reason I gave 4 stars, the pod I requested was supposed to be for a 3 bedroom house. I could not fit everything on it. And we are very good packers. I didn't have an abundance amount of items either. I ended up having to rent a uhaul & another storage unit to fit the remainder items. I was told that was the largest one they had. It said it was for a 3 bedroom also. Was disappointed that I had to spend more money each month that wasn't in my budget.”
