Despite occasional concerns from others, these reviews suggest that Truist offers a welcoming environment with attentive staff.
Not sure why it seems i’m the only one who had a good experience. I went in and traded all my small bills for bigger bills no problem. Friendly staff and quick job.

Nice employees but not enough of them! Very shorthanded. And no excuse for not opening your branch. With precautions you can be open like everyone else. 15 minutes to make a simple deposit on your carline is not acceptable.
